COIN COIN designs & co. is committed to providing you, our valued clients, with the best service possible. Our main goal is to satisfy you and make your online buying experience as pleasant as possible. With this in mind, we have set forth the following guarantees.

COIN COIN designs & co. Guarantee

When you purchase COIN COIN designs & co. jewelry, you are making an investment. Our jewelry is protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase is required). If the jewelry proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will replace the item with the same or comparable product free of charge. 

Please note that Items that have been re-sized, engraved, altered by a jeweler other than COIN COIN designs & co. or damaged by regular wear in any way are NOT eligible for our guarantee.

Shipping Policy

Due to the irreplaceable nature and value of all COIN COIN designs & co products, orders comprising more than one item will only be shipped in pairs as we wish to ensure that all of your one-of-a-kind rings arrive safe and sound.  For orders exceeding 4 rings, please email us at info@coincoin.ca

Caring for Your Jewelry

COIN COIN designs & co. jewelry is made of sterling silver. To clean each piece of jewelry wipe with a soft cloth. Keep your jewelry away from moisture as moisture fosters tarnish. We recommend storing your jewelry in a clean dry place.

Guarantee Procedures

To return an item to COIN COIN designs & co., please follow these simple steps:

1. Please contact us at 902.817.COIN or info@coincoin.ca to obtain a shipping authorization number as we will gladly accept all of the shipping and insurance costs.
   
2. Place the item(s) in a secure box or envelop and remember to include your proof of purchase.
3. You must ship the item(s) to us via Registered Mail.
4. Once we receive your package, management will inspect and repair the item(s).  Please allow up to 15 working days for the repairs.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, non-sealed, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.

COIN COIN designs & co. is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Custom Order Policy

In order to ship us your coin(s) for your personalized ring, please locate and complete the online custom order form and condition report via our Web Site.  Then print 2 copies (keep one for your records) and include a copy with your coin(s) in secure packaging and ship to COIN COIN designs & co., 9-5241 South St., Halifax, NS, B3J 1A3 via Registered Mail.  Please note that the sooner you ship us your coin, the sooner we will be able to process your order. Once your coin has been received, a digital image of your coin(s) will be emailed to you to confirm the correct receipt and condition of your coin(s) in addition to your requested ring size. Once your details have been confirmed, we will process your order and charge your credit card.

COIN COIN designs & co. is not responsible for loss or damage of your personal coin shipments.

General Order Cancellation

We will accept any cancellation made within our grace period, 24 hours from the time of placing the online order. However, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy should a cancellation be requested by calling 902.817.COIN or emailing info@coincoin.ca after the elapsed grace period.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been completed and shipped, you will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled AFTER they have been shipped.

Custom Order Cancellation

Custom orders may be cancelled and refunded if and only if the order has NOT been completed. If your coin(s) (either sent or ordered) has not been mounted on a ring setting, the order may be cancelled and you will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee before credit is issued in addition to return shipping fees for your coin(s) if applicable.

Completed custom designed orders including our Cent-iment commemorative rings, which have been altered or personally made according to your specifications cannot be cancelled.
